Held in the hush of wild land, away from routine, we’ll move through powerful emotional, physical, and psychological unshaming to gently unearth what your body is trying to tell you.

This is a space to build trust with the deep intelligence of your body—to listen to it, express from it, and remember how to navigate life through its wisdom. Please believe me when I say, all of you is welcome here.
