  • Dancers of all levels, 17+ are welcomed and cherished!
  • 90-minute Zoom Dance Class.
  • Full body warm up, intention building, learn choreography in a shame free environment and experience lots of PLAY!   
  • Heels always optional, intention is required - do what feels best for your body.
  • Join with your video on or off. Liana will be able to engage, answer questions, and give feedback to those who choose to take class with the video on.  
  • Access to the class recording for 30 days.
